This is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa situated in a great location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops.  The villa is in the urbanisation called Benimar which is sandwiched between the pretty Spanish towns of Rojales and Benijófar.  In the car you are only 10 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar and 15 minutes from the large town of Torrevieja with the Marina and Promenade.   

The villa has 3 double bedrooms and will easily sleep 6 adults.  It is equipped with a family bathroom and second shower room.  There is a comfortable lounge/diner which leads to the American style kitchen.  The back door from the kitchen leads to the rear patio area and stairs that head up to the very large solarium which is a great sun trap.  The villa is decorated very well and is fully furnished with air conditioning
